windows 8 tablets

I'm also looking for a tablet right now more for personal use, and would like it to be a Windows 8 platform. I've already started another thread here, but wanted to jump in on this conversation, too. My choices at first was a Surface RT (which sell for $500 but include your choice of covers) or the Latitude 10 for a little bit less dollar-wise. I could also spend $850 and get an XPS 12 (i5, 4GB, 128SSD) which is much more capable, but convertible - not a "true" laptop. I'm having a hard time choosing. For reference, the Surface Pro which is close in specs to the XPS is $1000.
